First, stand up and make your standing position wider than your shoulder width, exhale the air from your lungs. Then, bend over as though trying to touch your toes, as low as you can bend and have breathed out all the air you can, pull in your stomach as much as you can. Hold this position and tension and slowly stand up. Repeat 8-10 times.

Another method on abdominal weight loss is still related with doing exercise. You stand or sit tall and straight, breath in as you do that pull in your stomach. Keep this tense and held in place. Contract the abs as hard as you are able, you rib cage will dip down slightly and your pelvis may rotate upwards. Breathe out and making an ssshhhh, this will cause inter-abdominal contraction. Continue for 8 seconds. If you have finished, keep the stomach in tight and repeat 10 times. These exercises can maximize your effort on abdominal weight loss.

On the other hand, to achieve abdominal weight loss, pay attention to the diet. Eating plays important role on abdominal weight loss. Eat more whole grains, vegetables, and fruits.  They are good to supply vitamins and mineral to the body. Consume required calories trough frequent but small meals. Make sure they are high in protein since it will maintain the (abdominal) muscle. Protein is good for maintaining strength and helps boosting metabolism. And the last but not the least, avoid junk food otherwise all the methods on abdominal weight loss will be useless.
